Mission

Postgraduates of the Dentistry School seek development and expansion of knowledge by providing a fundamental training, important in areas of knowledge that responds to community and environment needs.

The academic training of postgraduates seeks expansion of knowledge through research for clinical abilities and skills development that allow them to address different oral health problems that affect our population.

Objectives

Academic Program general objectives are:

  1. To contribute to comprehensive training of high-level professionals in the area of Pediatric Dentistry and Maxillofacial Orthopedics, allowing a comprehensive, wide, socially and scientifically based training.
  2. To develop experience and clinical and investigative skills, which enable the student to diagnose and treat all the specialty concerning problems.
  3. To offer an updated training in literature and management of techniques in Pediatric Dentistry and Maxillary Orthopedics.
