Mission

The postgraduates of the Dentistry School seek development and expansion of knowledge by providing a fundamental training, important in areas of knowledge that responds to the need of the community and the environment.

The academic training of postgraduates seeks the expansion of knowledge through research to enhance clinical abilities and skills that allow us to address different oral health problems that affect our population.

Objectives

General

To train Endodontic Specialists Dentists with clinical, investigative and humanistic disciplinary competences to successfully prevent, diagnose and treat people who present problems with pulp tissue and its consequences to surrounding tissues.

Specific

• To train Endodontic Specialist Dentists with competences in clinical and research area.
• Provide to the specialist the necessary theoretical and practical tools to be an integral part of an interdisciplinary and/or multidisciplinary team.
• To develop in the specialist a critical sense for interpret and apply the scientific literature in the clinical practice.
